Shipping
For gift boxes priced over $200, standard Ground shipping is a flat $15 per box within the contiguous United States (the 48 adjoining states and Washington, D.C.). For gift boxes priced under $200, shipping costs will be coordinated with you and confirmed after we receive your order request and before invoicing. Expedited shipping may be available for an additional charge; please discuss timing and costs with us before finalizing your order.
Processing and delivery times depend on order size, availability and personalization. We will confirm expected shipment timing before your order is finalized. Shipping is available within the contiguous United States only.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Because our collections include carefully curated products, original artwork and, in some cases, personalized items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including your order details and photographs of the item and its packaging. We will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Personalized gifts
Personalized and custom gifts are non-returnable except for damage, defects or errors in fulfillment.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, please contact us promptly. We may be able to accommodate requests before preparation or personalization begins, but cancellations cannot be guaranteed once work is underway.
Product availability
Product selections are subject to availability. If an item cannot be sourced, we will contact you before shipment to discuss a comparable substitution or another solution. We will not make a substitution without informing you.
This policy does not limit any rights provided by applicable law.
Employee/Client Appreciation: $115 per box plus shipping. Shipping costs will be confirmed after we receive your order request and before invoicing.
